Workflow Action - Reply To A Comment
Comment-to-lead campaigns needed a public reply to feel real, and that meant doing it by hand. Reply To A Comment posts a reply to any comment on your posts straight from your workflow, paired with the New Post Comment trigger — mentions included.
What's New
- New workflow action that posts a reply to a comment on the selected LinkedIn post
- Takes the Comment ID and Post ID straight from the New Post Comment trigger, plus your reply text
- Supports @mentioning the commenter — include
{@mention}in your reply text and provide their name and Provider ID - Optionally reply as a company page instead of an individual
- Requires a contact already resolved in the workflow — find or create one before this step runs
- Returns a confirmation and the new reply's Comment ID

- Comment-to-lead campaigns now run end to end — keyword comment in, public reply and resource out, all automated
- @Mentions make automated replies read as personal, not generic
